Dancing feet shuffled around the CHS Commons on Sunday, March 4, as the Annual Clayton Connections Swing went off without a hitch.
The Commons were packed with students in Stugo, parents, and other members of the Clayton community as the CHS Jazz Band led by Mr. Charles Blackmore and the CHS Show Choir led by Mrs. Alice Fasman put on a show.
More popularly referred to as the “Senior Swing” in recent years, this event is one of the most popular for the Clayton Connections organization, a group that works to promote interactions between CHS students and other members of the Clayton community. Other popular events through the year include a game night, dinners in the school library and Commons, and a night where Connections members attend the school musical.
This year’s Swing was another success, featuring an afternoon of food, fun, and good music and dance. Check out the slideshow for some of the action.
