Mitt Romney leads Kirkwood rally

Mitt Romney leads local rally in Kirkwood, MO. Declares that the presidential race is, “a battle for the soul of America.”


At the rally he placed a strong emphasis on politicians taking responsibility for their terms in office.  Pointing to President Obama specifically.  He also placed strong importance on entrepreneurship in increasing employment opportunities in allowing America to continue as the leading economic power in the world.

State Auditor Tom Schweich opened the event.  Also, former Missouri Senator Jim Talent introduced Mitt Romney.  He plans to travel with Romney to Liberty, Missouri to continue the Romney campaign as Missouri opens up its caucuses at 10 a.m. on Saturday.

There were approximately 500 people in attendance.
