Alex joined Globe after seeing it her freshman year and deciding to explore how high school journalism is produced. Sophomore year, Alex joined yearbook and soon realized that she was more interested in the photography aspect than the journalism because in most cases she felt as if a picture can tell a better story than a caption or article. Outside of school, Alex plays lacrosse and works at Hi-Pointe drive in.
