GLOBE COURTREPORT
The Hounds had a huge win tonight over district rival University City. Junior and self proclaimed “number one fan” Sam Fox shared his thoughts on the game.
“I thought the hounds played well,” Fox said. “As Stlhighschoolsports.com said, Christian and Ahmad are like Batman and Robin. They cant be stopped.”
He did, however, express some dissatisfaction in his fellow students.
“Although the Hounds are playing like champions, our Clayton Crazies are disappointing,” Fox said. “Not enough students show up to the game to show there support for the team. Its called ‘crazies’ for a reason. In the game of basketball, the fans play a huge role. I expect more fans to be coming to the game during districts and especially the Clayton-Ladue game.”
Rumor has it that sure-handed junior guard Charlie Harned will be back for Wednesday night’s game at home vs. Vianney. The CHS Globe cannot yet confirm this from a reliable source.
