Sophie Barnes is a senior at Clayton High School, and has been on the staff since her freshman year. This adventurous student was born and raised in Hong Kong, and has a global view and international experience that she likes to bring out in her writing. Sophie joined Globe to be more involved with her school, and her local community. She believes writing for a large group of students and community can bring a lot of power and positive change. Outside of the Globe, Sophie is the President of the Asian Student Association, likes to play tennis, and volunteer in her community.
