Luhning Named Assistant Principal Starting In 2013-14 School Year

Ryan Luhning has been officially named the assistant principal for CHS starting next fall. Luhning has been an administrative intern at CHS.

“I am so glad that Mr. Luhning is the assistant principal,” Yearbook adviser Christine Stricker said. “If it was anyone else, I would have been upset because he is the perfect person for the job.”

Dan Gutchewsky made the recommendation for Luhning to take the currently vacant role. Superintendent Sharmon Wilkinson approved, as did the Board of Education in a unanimous vote. Gutchewsky made the announcement to the staff after school on Monday, Feb. 25.
