Middle school teachers make protein balls for Evelyn’s House, a hospice care center. Health teacher Jill Warner enjoyed connecting with her colleagues while providing for terminally ill patients. “It was the best part of our morning. This makes us all better colleagues & more likely to work as a stronger team moving forward,” Warner said.

What are some of your favorite hobbies? Playing tennis and violin.
What’s your favorite part of being on the newspaper staff? My favorite part of being on the newspaper staff is getting to tell stories that matter to the school and community. I also love hearing different voices in school that I wouldn’t normally get to know.

What’s a small thing that instantly makes your day better? Getting a phone call from my daughters.
What are some of your favorite hobbies? I have a love hate relationship with OrangeTheory Fitness. I love the workout when it is over.
What’s your favorite part of being on the newspaper staff? My favorite part the newspaper staff adviser is witnessing the incredible creativity of each student and watching them grow over the course of four years. Their ideas, passion and evolution as storytellers never cease to amaze me.
