Elizabeth Nguyen is a freshman at Clayton High School. She was born in Houston, Texas, and lived there for five years before moving to the St. Louis area.

As a recent addition to the Clayton High School community, Elizabeth joined the Globe staff as a first-time writer. She's excited to improve her writing and editing skills on staff this year.

In addition to her goals for Globe, Elizabeth also plans to get more involved at Clayton High as a student. She hopes to meet new people and establish connections that will make her high school experience a great one. She also hopes to try a sport at the high school, and is considering trying one she has no previous experience with, which would make her time at CHS even more of an adventure.
