Readers’ Theater State Run Ends In Columbia

Clayton High School’s Readers’ Theater team performed their last show Friday, April 19 in Hickman High School’s little theater in the 2013 MSHSSA state speech and debate tournament.

The team finished in third place in their grouping, just one rank away from making it to state finals. The Clayton cast, led by Dr. Jonathan Smith and Justin Seiwell, performed “The Man in the Well” by Ira Sher.

Hickman High School, Nixa High School, Willard High School and Raymore-Peculiar High School were the four finalists.
