“I don’t know if it’s one student individually, but I had a class of students that seemed [like a] majority of them were pretty uninterested in math. I was able to set them up to enjoy mathematics. A lot of times it is just a confidence problem. Any time that we as a math department or teachers in general, can turn around a student’s confidence level, that’s a huge win. So we were able to really take that class and make some confident mathematicians.”
