“My relationship with my religion has a huge impact on my life, though it may not seem that it does. It helps me to make my everyday decisions and reflect on them, and it’s bettered me as a person. [It] made my community more comforting, because I focused on myself in my relationship with my religion, and it helped me to gravitate towards the people who helped me to do so. Even if something goes wrong, my religion helps me to realize that I will have an opportunity to change it. If I don’t, I don’t you can’t expect something to happen if you don’t attempt to change it.”
