“My curiosities, my habits, my passion allowed me to find my place within this school. Nobody really helped push me along, just kind of my own choices to see where I wanted to go. I enjoy playing percussion. I wanted to learn to pursue more opportunities, and as a result, I got involved in more musical programs. That’s how it’s changed my life. My schedule has gotten busier. I’ve learned due dates. I’ve learned responsibilities. I’ve learned how to prioritize my time to practice.”
