No bake peanut butter bars

  Warm fires, hot coco, fuzzy socks, and a no bake peanut butter bar. This describes, perfect.

  This recipe has been made and eaten for many different families. Once made, all of the taste testers took the recipe and it has been passed down. This is a good mixture of chocolate and sweetness. That is not only perfect for the winter time, but is yummy anytime.

Ingredients:

-9 x 13 pan

-â…“ lb graham cracker crumbs

-1 cup melted butter

-1 cup peanut buttter

-1 lb powdered sugar

-12 oz chocolate chips

Directions:

-combine crumbs, butter, peanut butter, and powdered sugar whirl until smooth. Press onto a buttered 9×13 pan.

-Spread melted chocolate chips over top. Refrigerate until firm.

-Cut at room temperature.

This adventurous student was born and raised in Hong Kong, and has a global view and international experience that she likes to bring out in her writing. Sophie joined Globe to be more involved with her school, and her local community. She believes writing for a large group of students and community can bring a lot of power and positive change. Outside of the Globe, Sophie is the President of the Asian Student Association, likes to play tennis, and volunteer in her community.
