Blueprint Coffee

Blueprint Coffee in the Delmar Loop

CHS alum Mazi Razani co-owns Blueprint Coffee in the Delmar Loop, which opened around Labor Day. Blueprint Coffee doesn’t use coffee machines to make their cups of coffee, instead they use the “pour-over” method, which allows their coffee to have a richer taste. In addition to coffee, they sell pastries like croissants from Comet Coffee. The layout of Blueprint Coffee is unlike any other coffee shop in St. Louis. They have a minimalistic approach to design; communal tables and stools give people more room. People can also watch their coffee carefully being made by baristas behind the low counter.
